If you encounter this issue please walk through the following troubleshooting tips:
- Use Chrome as your web browser. The event platform is optimized for Chrome but is also supported by Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Edge. Please note, the event page may not load on Internet Explorer.
- Turn off your remote desktop VPN and clear your cache/cookies. Close and reopen the browser.
- If you are still unable to access the platform after doing the steps above, you may need to reach out to your office tech support to make sure Accelevents is not being blocked by a diligent firewall.
